Below is How To Enable USB Debugging On Any Device Running On Android Lollipop 5.0 or Higher Versions 
>>1. Firstly, open your app menu and tap on “Settings”.
>>2. Proceed from app drawer, look for “Developer options” by simply scrolling below on the settings menu.
>>3. If probably you didn’t found, then find and tap on “About device”.
