Tricks to Speed Up Windows 10

Activate the Game Mode
Microsoft has added a new feature called Game Mode to the operating system in the latest version of Windows 10, which is special for gamers, but if you’re a regular user, you can also upgrade Windows 10 speed and performance by activating the Game Mode feature. Unfortunately, there is no way to permanently run this feature on Windows 10. Therefore, you have to enable this feature whenever you press both Windows and G simultaneously.

Of course, before doing this, you need to enable this feature to go through the following steps:

- In the Gaming section, enable Game Mode.
As you said, this feature is embedded for gamers, but you can use this mode whenever you need more quickly or if you have plenty of background apps to run.
2. Turn off visual effects
One of the easiest but most efficient ways to speed up Windows 10 is to turn off visual effects. To do this, just follow these steps:

3- Speed up the processor
By default, Windows has three modes to determine the frequency of the processor:
- Balanced.
- High Performance
- Power Saver
- Sometimes it’s possible to encounter custom options.
It’s better to choose the Balanced or Power Saver option on laptops, but high performance will increase the speed of Windows using more battery power. That’s why it’s best to use this mode on a desktop computer, not on a laptop.
To access these settings just enter the Control Panel and go to the Power Option section and select one of the three options above.

4. Turn off Auto-Starting apps
Many of the programs you install try to run smoothly in the background, and this lowers the performance and speed of the system. For this reason, you should not allow unnecessary programs that run in the background. To do this, follow these steps:
To open the task manager, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the same time and select Task Manager.
Select Startup from the top of the tabs.
Now you can exclude most auto-start programs in the list of apps you see.
